Damaged products being fixed, inadequate quality products being replaced or respectively reduced price, or money are paid back on product return. All this according to Lithuanian law Nr. 217 (except hygiene products). All money returns are made to the same account was payed from.
Customer has limited time (up to 14 working days) for refund or replacement of purchased product at batmo eShop as mentioned in this Regulation chapter XI.1. The Customer has to inform batmo by one of the contacts given in the website and give the name, order number, reason of returning product.
Customer returning product(s) has to comply with these conditions:
product damaged after successful delivery - not suitable for return;
returnable product has to be in original package;
product shouldn't be used, should look presentable, labels and blister package shouldn't be ripped off, (these requirements not apply if product has manufacturer fault);
returnable product has to be in same complectation as at the time of receiving;
when returning product Customer must present purchase document (invoice bill).
Batmo online eShop has right not to refund or replace product if Customer does not comply with Regulation XI.3. conditions.
Batmo online eShop wrong or faulty products must replace with authentic ones suitable for Customer.
In situation where batmo eShop has none product(s) left, Customer receives refund but without delivery expenses, (after successful delivery happens - no refunds).
